Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobe, and views over the garden and fields. An additional twin bedroom and a bathroom and a wonderful south facing garden completes this wonderful little gem!

There are wonderful walks to enjoy on foot or horse back! Known as the Capital of the Cotswolds Cirencester offers fantastic shops pubs and restaurants as well as the Corinium Museum the remains of a Roman Amphitheatre and Cirencester Park.
The Cotswold Water Park is also a popular destination with 150 lakes offering a variety of leisure activities including archery wakeboarding windsurfing birdwatching and rally driving.
